"To you it was shown, that you might know that the LORD Himself is God; there is none other
besides Him....Therefore know this day, and consider it in your heart, that the LORD Himself is God in
heaven above and on the earth beneath; there is no other."
"'Now see that I, even I, am He, and there is no God besides Me; I kill and I make
alive; I wound and I heal; nor is there any who can deliver from My hand."
"And as soon as we heard these things, our hearts melted; neither did there remain any
more courage in anyone because of you, for the LORD your God, He is God in heaven above
and on earth beneath." (Joshua 2:11).
"The Reubenites and the Gadites called the altar Witness; 'For,' said they, 'it is a witness
between us that the LORD is God.'" (Joshua 22:34).
"But Joash said to all who were arrayed against him, 'Will you contend for Baal? Or will you
defend his cause? Whoever contends for him shall be put to death by morning. If he is a god, let
him contend for himself, because his altar has been pulled down."
"No one is holy like the LORD, for there is none besides You, nor is there any
rock like our God." (1 Samuel 2:2).
"Therefore You are great, O Lord GOD. For there is none like You, nor is there any God
besides You, according to all that we have heard with our ears."
(2 Samuel 7:22).
"For who is God, save the LORD? and who is a rock, save our God?"
(2 Samuel 22:32).
"That all the people of the earth may know that the LORD is God, and
that there is none else." (1 Kings 8:60).
"Now therefore, O LORD our God, I beseech thee, save thou us out of
his hand, that all the kingdoms of the earth may know that thou art the
LORD God, even thou only." (2 Kings 19:19).
"O LORD, there is none like You, nor is there any God besides You, according to
all that we have heard with our ears." (1 Chronicles 17:20).
"For who is God, except the LORD? And who is a rock, except our God?"
"For You are great, and do wondrous things; You alone are God."
"And may these words of mine, with which I have made supplication before the LORD, be
near the LORD our God day and night, that He may maintain the cause of His servant and the cause
of His people Israel, as each day may require, that all the peoples of the earth may know that the
LORD is God; there is no other." (1 Kings 8:59-60).
"Now when all the people saw it, they fell on their faces; and they said, 'The LORD,

"Then Hezekiah prayed before the LORD, and said: 'O LORD God of Israel, the One who
dwells between the cherubim, You are God, You alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth.
You have made heaven and earth. Incline Your ear, O LORD, and hear; open Your eyes, O LORD, and
see; and hear the words of Sennacherib, which he has sent to reproach the living God. Truly, LORD,
the kings of Assyria have laid waste the nations and their lands, and have cast their gods into the fire;
for they were not gods, but the work of men’s hands - wood and stone. Therefore they
destroyed them. Now therefore, O LORD our God, I pray, save us from his hand, that all the kingdoms
of the earth may know that You are the LORD God, You alone.'"
(2 Kings 19:15-19).
"O LORD of hosts, God of Israel, the One who dwells between the cherubim, You are God,

but Me; for there is no savior besides Me." (Hosea 13:4).
"Inasmuch as there is none like You, O LORD (You are great, and Your name is great in might),
who would not fear You, O King of the nations?...But the LORD is the true God; He is the living
God and the everlasting King. At His wrath the earth will tremble, and the nations will not be able to
endure His indignation. Thus you shall say to them: 'The gods that have not made the heavens and the
earth shall perish from the earth and from under these heavens.'...Every metalsmith is put to shame
by an image; for his molded image is falsehood, and there is no breath in them. They are futile, a work
of errors; in the time of their punishment they shall perish. The Portion of Jacob is not like them, for He
is the Maker of all things, and Israel is the tribe of His inheritance; the LORD of hosts is His name."
"'You are My witnesses,' says the LORD, 'And My servant whom I have chosen, that you may
know and believe Me, and understand that I am He. Before Me there was no God formed, nor
shall there be after Me. I, even I, am the LORD, and besides Me there is no savior."
"Thus says the LORD, the King of Israel, and his Redeemer, the LORD of hosts: 'I am the First
and I am the Last; besides Me there is no God. And who can proclaim as I do? Then let him
declare it and set it in order for Me, since I appointed the ancient people. And the things that are
coming and shall come, let them show these to them. Do not fear, nor be afraid; have I not told you
from that time, and declared it? You are My witnesses. Is there a God besides Me? Indeed there is no
other Rock; I know not one.'" (Isaiah 44:6-8).
"I am the LORD, and there is no other; there is no God besides Me. I will gird you,
though you have not known Me, that they may know from the rising of the sun to its setting that there
is none besides Me. I am the LORD, and there is no other; I form the light and create darkness, I make
peace and create calamity; I, the LORD, do all these things.'"
"Thus says the LORD: 'The labor of Egypt and merchandise of Cush and of the Sabeans, men
of stature, shall come over to you, and they shall be yours; they shall walk behind you, they shall come
over in chains; and they shall bow down to you. They will make supplication to you, saying, "Surely
God is in you, and there is no other; there is no other God."'"
"For thus saith the LORD that created the heavens; God himself that
formed the earth and made it; he hath established it, he created it not
in vain, he formed it to be inhabited: I am the LORD; and there is none
else." (Isaiah 45:18).
"'Tell and bring forth your case; Yes, let them take counsel together. Who has declared
this from ancient time? Who has told it from that time? Have not I, the LORD? And there is no
other God besides Me, a just God and a Savior; there is none besides Me. Look to Me, and be
saved, all you ends of the earth! For I am God, and there is no other.'"
"Remember the former things of old, for I am God, and there is no other; I am
God, and there is none like Me...'" (Isaiah 46:9).
"Then you shall know that I am in the midst of Israel: I am the LORD your God and there
is no other. My people shall never be put to shame."
"Jesus answered him, 'The first of all the commandments is: "Hear, O Israel, the
LORD our God, the LORD is one. And you shall love the LORD your God with all your heart,
with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength." This is the first
commandment. And the second, like it, is this: "You shall love your neighbor
as yourself." There is no other commandment greater than these.' So the scribe said
to Him, 'Well said, Teacher. You have spoken the truth, for there is one God, and there is
no other but He. And to love Him with all the heart, with all the understanding, with
all the soul, and with all the strength, and to love one’s neighbor as oneself, is more than
all the whole burnt offerings and sacrifices.'" (Mark 12:29-33).
"So Jesus said to him, 'Why do you call Me good? No one is good but One,
that is, God." (Mark 10:18; Matthew 19:17).

in the world, and that there is no other God but one."

Christ Jesus. . ." (1 Timothy 2:5).
"Now to him who is able to keep you from falling, and to make you stand without blemish
in the presence of his glory with rejoicing, to the only God our Savior, through Jesus Christ
our Lord, be glory, majesty, power, and authority, before all time and now and forever. Amen."
